I am sorry to say that the item you sent to me is considered as prohibited imports and confiscated at the customs. The reason for this is because the item turned out to be a fake as the custom referred it to the manufacture. I attach herewith a file of official document from the custom and manufacture for your reference. Consequently, please make a full refund to my PayPal address immediately. I am not expecting any apology from you, but just want all my money back. (I will not report this matter to eBay as long as you make a refund as quick as possible.)
